The Monterosso Hermitage, dating back to 1200, is a unique location in the Five Lands. After years of careful restoration, it has been transformed into a spacious and charming residence, with large outdoor areas, private pool, terraces, pergola, olive trees and is surrounded by nature and panoramic views. It is located isolated on the hill of Gritta, about 4 km from the town of Monterosso. It can be reached by car via a private road in the woods and has private parking.
The house is spread over 3 levels: the entrance is on the cloister floor, used as a summer living-dining room, which overlooks a corridor - entrance, kitchen, TV room with fireplace, two bedrooms with bathroom, a study and a panoramic sun terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. A staircase leads to the lower floor of the garden, once used as a cellar, where in addition to a large room with bathroom and laundry room, there is a large living-dining room with a view of the garden and the landscape of the Cinque Terre. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower and a large hallway and a fifth bedroom with two single beds.
The Hermitage is immersed in 17 hectares of forest with an unforgettable sea view. After a day at sea and discovering the Cinque Terre, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the view, in complete tranquility.
It is a perfect location for family reunions and friends.
